At our studio, we have a talented team of 3 freelance artists, each specializing in their own unique style and services. To make the booking process as smooth as possible, we've implemented a system where each artist manages their own appointments individually.

Please note that each artist manages their own booking system, so response times and availability may vary between artists. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and will do our best to accommodate your preferences and schedule.

Please note that our studio maintains a strict no-show policy. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file and must be paid in full before any future services can be scheduled.

In case you need to cancel, we require at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour period will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, which will be deemed as your cancellation fee.

We acknowledge that sometimes unexpected situations can arise and cause a delay. Please make sure to arrive on time so that we can start the appointment on schedule. In case of a delay, please let us know as soon as possible, we will make our utmost efforts to accommodate you.

As we value our clients' time, we maintain a busy schedule, and a no-show or last-minute cancellation leaves a hole in our calendar. Consequently, if you miss an appointment, you may have to wait for the next availability to book a new appointment and provide a new deposit. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that we do not allow guests at our studio. Our goal is to provide our clients with a serene and relaxing environment where they can unwind and enjoy a personalized self-care experience. Having guests present can cause distractions and prevent our artists from providing the best possible service to our clients.

Moreover, our studio is not a safe place for children. Due to the presence of expensive products and equipment, having children around can be a safety hazard. In addition, children may become bored or restless and distract other clients, thus, creating discomfort and tension inside the studio.

Additionally, we kindly ask our clients to refrain from the use of phones during lash extension, makeup, and brow services. Such services require a calm and relaxed facial expression, and the use of phones can cause distractions and discomfort.

We encourage our clients to put their phones on silent or vibrate mode to limit disruptions and help create the peaceful atmosphere that we aim to provide. If you need to make or answer a call, please do so outside the studio.
